Islamic Republic of Iran's week of the books will be inaugurated on 23^rd of Aban 1389(3^rd Nov 2010).

All institutions will make an effort to perform a program related to book during this week, while cultural department of the ministry of Culture & Guidance will be the secretariat for the event by law.

The secretariat has called on all interested parties to participate in the event which focuses on "Book and Book Reading".

All suggestions on the event will be received by the 1^st of Mehr.
